We attempt to schedule appointments that are the most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule. Because we schedule only one patient for each appointment slot, we ask that you make every effort to meet your reserved dental appointment. If you must reschedule your appointment, we request 48 hours notice so that we may accomodate other patients. Your cooperation on this matter is greatly appreciated. We value you as a respected member of our dental family and afford the same courtesy to all of our patients.
Dental Insurance Benefits
Your dental insurance benefits are determined by the type of coverage options your employer has arranged with your insurance carrier. Your coverage is based solely on your employer's benefit choices and not determined by individual treatment needs. Consequently, some treatment options may not be covered by your dental benefit plan. Most insurance plans do not provide 100% coverage.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist you in processing your insurance claims. We will agree to accept assignment of benefits paid by your insurance provider as payment toward our services. We have the capability of filing insurance claims electronically. This eliminates the need for you to bring claim forms for every visit (unless required by your insurance carrier). We will provide all the necessary information needed to facilitate prompt payments of benefits.You are responsible for any portion not paid by your insurance provider.
We strive to keep up to date with the ever changing requirements insurance carriers demand for processing claims and maximizing benefit coverage. We will be happy to assist you in understanding your dental benefit coverage. However, your coverage is a negotiated contract between your employer and the insurance company and it is your responsibility to know what benefits you are entitled to.
Payment for Services Rendered
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & Discover) as forms of payment for services rendered. We also have a flexible payment plan called CareCredit, which allows you to start your treatment today and spread payments over time.
